Preparation of the site:

First step to start the procedure of constructing a swimming pool is the digging, depending on the measurements provided by the architects and engineers upon the client’s request. Depth and height are the specifications on which we rely.
The digging procedure is to be provided by H2O Clarity S.A.R.L. technicians; using their expertise and knowledge with the machines and equipment needed to accomplish the task.

First steps:

The first step is to implement a 10 cm layer of Lean Concrete, having as a technical word “Maigre” to cover the dirt and insure cleanness.
After that,a layer of Steel Barsis being supplied according to the following technique: horizontal and vertical bars. Then, PVC 2”Pipes for the Inlet are installed having as a main role pushing the water into the pool, containing all the Chemicals needed (information to be provided later in this document), in addition to PVC 3” Pipes for the Drainage positioned at the deepest point in the pool, to suck the water leading it to the waste.
A Vacuum PVC 2” Pipe is also installed regarding the over-flow conception; its main role is to clean the pool from dirt using specific equipment, and to be provided when needed during maintenance visits (information to be provided later in this document).
3” PVC Pipes are installed to the Over-flow System, connected to the Tank linked to the Pump Room (information to be provided later in this document), in order to be injected later on through another pipe, leading again the water to the inlets so the cycle continues.
Light Niches are also to be installed on side walls of the swimming pool, and the quantity depends on the size of the pool; taking into consideration the following dimensions: two meters distance between each Light Niche;Electricity Wires will also be attached meanwhile.

Second Step

A second layer of Steel Bars is to be installed, according to the technique explained earlier (horizontal and vertical bars). And a layer of 30 cm Lean Concrete to be casted covering all the pipes, the walls and the water channel. The Water Channel follows the following specifications: 25 cm width and 20 cm height.
The pool will then be covered with an Insulation Net designed specifically for this purpose, and other layers of insulation will follow the net. The pool will be left empty for the insulation materials to dry and the walls and the floor will be leveled. Once the insulation materials have been properly set, the pool will be filled with water. During this period, the pool will be monitored for any signs of leakage.
If the pool does not leak, it will be emptied from water and we will proceed with theTiling, upon the client’s choice of tiles. Grouting will be following the tiles implementation.

Final Step

Once tiling is done, Inlets and Vacuum Pipes will be sharped on the floor and wall level, and the top of the inlets will be settled; in addition to the Lights Bulb Niches.
To finalize the swimming pool construction, ladders must be put in place and the pool filled with water.

Pump

The Pump’s Input will be installed and linked to the Tank and its Output to the Filter. The Filter has its input and output liaisons, and also its drain; aiming to recycle the water using specific Chemicals, essentially Sand and Gravel.
The Filter will be linked through its output to a Heat Exchanger aiming to heat the water; and also it will be connected to Two Pump Feeders, the first designed to the Chlore and the second designed to the Acid; the Chlore is used to control the clearance of the water and tokill the bacteria, while the Acid is used to reduce the hardness level of the water. The cycle will ends by rejecting the water into the swimming pool’s Inlets.

Electricity Board

The Electric Board will have One Wire on the input, that provides electricity to the whole board andFour Essential Wires on the output: a wire for the Pump, another to the Feeders, a third one to the Lightsand the forth wire the Security float (to shut down the pump, providing it from being damaged in case the tank was empty).

As a follow up on the customer services, and as agreed in the contract established between H2O Clarity S.A.R.L. and the client, Maintenance Visits will be procured, as per One Visit/Week during the high season (Apr, May, June, July, Aug and Sept) and Two Visits/Month during the low season (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and March).
During these visits, the following services will be provided upon the need: Vacuum Cleaning, Check up on the Chlore and pH Level, back wash and rinsing for the Filter.

Water Treatment is a procedure that starts with the Client’s complain. The client suffering from Water Hardness which is defined by a high amount of calcium and magnesium in the water; and/or a high amount of TDS which is the measure of the dissolved combined content of all inorganic and organic substances present in a liquid. Once receiving the complaint, a sample of the water will be tested to detect the amount of Hardness and TDS in order to decide the treatment needed among with the quantity of Chemicals and Products that must be used by H2O Clarity S.A.R.L. technicians and respond to the client’s need.
